The Spanish version of this Legal Notice is the binding one. Versions in other languages are convenience translations; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.

2. Purpose of the site
This website presents and gives access to abacova, an application for recording, organising and analysing the finances of an individual or a small organisation. abacova is not a financial institution and does not provide financial, tax or investment advice.
The terms on which the service is provided are set out in the Terms of Service, and the processing of personal data in the Privacy Policy.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The business name abacova, the logo, the site design, its texts and the underlying software belong to the owner identified in section 1 unless stated otherwise. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, without prejudice to uses permitted by law.
Content that a user enters into the service (accounts, transactions, documents and other data) remains theirs. It can be exported at any time.
4. Liability
The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or that it will be free of errors, and is not liable for losses arising from financial decisions the user makes on the basis of information shown by the service, which is provided for informational purposes only.
This site may link to third-party sites over which the owner has no control; the owner accepts no responsibility for their content.
5. Governing law
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts determined under the applicable rules; where the user is a consumer, those of the consumer's place of residence.
